On April 28, 2018, Science Fair for the high school department in the KISQ finally launched. The reason for undergoing Science Fair is to allow the majority of students to be aware of scientific knowledge so that they can improve their creativity. This fair was opened for three days and it became an area where every participant could discuss and share their thoughts.

Many young adults have curiosities about a scientific phenomenon in their daily lives and apply this question to be a science fair topic. This year’s major themes are related to biology section since most high school students conducted experiments in terms of germs, human digestive system, a form of DNA, differences between the left and right cerebral hemispheres, and so on diverse kinds of topics.

Science Fair 2018 is a year that almost every instructor and teenager complimented that freshmen, ninth graders, are hard-working and diligent teenagers. Likewise, sophomores and juniors showed their talent of making splendid posters and conducting invaluable experiments too. There were three judges who decide which group creates better presentation: Mr. Kendall, Mr. Passow, and Mrs. Lee. They expressed both satisfied and disappointed feelings with the high school students’ ramifications.

While preparing for a science fair project, the majority of students work hard and research heavily. However, this would be a process for resulting advancements of their own since lots of experiences on certain field make a person more professional about it.
